In Episode 2, I set off in the $750,000 Maserati MC20 for a blast around our own little slice of Italy in Gippsland.

The Grand Ridge region has some brilliant roads, and stunning scenery, and is only 90-minutes from Melbourne.

Episode 5 – Macedon Ranges

In Episode 5, I set out with a $50 budget in the Haval H6 to showcase a fun-filled family loop that won’t break the bank.

With a magic road near Macedon, a lovely reservoir, and a stunning waterfall as part of the sights, this is an easy break for the whole family.

Episode 6 – The secret road

In Episode 6, a rumour and a Volkswagen Amarok W580S sent me to the wilds of the Yarra Ranges where a secret section of perfectly paved tarmac exists within the forest trails.

The run out is great, but the seven-kilometer stretch of paved road is even better!

Episode 7 – King Valley

In Episode 7, I took a manual BMW M3 on a blast from Mansfield to Whitfield in the King Valley.

It’s a really pretty run, that’s only bettered by the eating, drinking, and touring in store once you reach the Valley.

Episode 9 – Highlands Detour

In Episode 9, I took a scenic detour around Highlands and introduced the Peugeot 508 to its near-legendary relative, the 405 Mi16.

While only a short break from the Hume, the run through Highlands and Ruffy is a beautiful detour, and one worth taking the time.
