Walkinshaw Performance is preparing to launch a supercharged Chevrolet Silverado 1500. The sister company to HSV teased an audio file of a supercharged V8 on Instagram (below), with a spokesperson for Walkinshaw confirming to CarAdvice the high-performance Chevrolet Silverado will arrive in the first quarter of 2021. A distinctive supercharger whine can be heard as the engine is taken up to its redline on a dyno, as the company finalises calibration.
