Audi Australia has pledged to obtain 100 per cent of its electricity from renewable sources. A spokesperson for the manufacturer told CarAdvice the commitment will relate to the energy consumption of all local business operations, and is set to come into effect from 2021. Accredited through government regulator GreenPower, electricity will be sourced primarily from the Capital Wind Farm precinct near Tarago, New South Wales.
