A right-hand-drive version of the 2021 MG 5 EV wagon has been unveiled overseas, with the model expected in UK showrooms in October 2020. The MG 5 EV is based on the Roewe Ei5 (shown in these photos) – an electric wagon from Chinese car maker SAIC – and features a 52.5kWh battery powering an 85kW electric motor. MG claims the 5 EV wagon offers a maximum driving range of 344 kilometres on a single charge, based on the real-world driving cycle 'WLTP' test.
