A range of clear plastic protective shields have been launched for the Ford Transit in the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic. Released by Ford of Europe, the PVC shields are designed to supplement personal protective equipment for occupants of Ford Transit vans and buses. The new products reduce the likelihood of droplet-transmission of the coronavirus within the cabin, with one shield to sit behind the front row of seats, and another to be erected between the driver and passenger.
