More than 100,000 examples of the Mitsubishi Triton, across the MR and facelifted MQ generations and 2015-2019 model years, have been recalled to address a fire risk. The company's Australian arm reports that affected utes may have incorrectly installed towbar wiring harnesses. The issue could cause liquids to contact the electrical circuits, leading to a risk of overheating, burning, and fire.
