Alfa Romeo has recalled the 2017-2019 Giulia and Stelvio, over concerns about an over-reading fuel gauge. According to the company, the "instrument panel shows more fuel than what is actually present in the fuel tank". If drivers run out of fuel, the engine will cut out, putting drivers and other road users at risk of an accident. A total of 1683 cars are included in the recall – a VIN list is attached here.
