Although sedan sales at Jaguar sedans have fallen behind its crossovers, the brand will continue to offer these more conventional body styles. Julian Thomson, Jaguar's new chief designer, told Autocar the "world’s not all turning SUV and we will need cars". According to the man who recently replaced Ian Callum, Jaguar won't become a brand with just crossovers in the forecourt, stating "we will do cars in the future, too".
